Learn and practice in a convivial atmosphere how a good Kölsch becomes a perfect Gaffel Kölsch. Our professionally trained instructors will show you all the tips and tricks and tell you lots of interesting facts about our delicious Gaffel Kölsch, our establishment, and the myth of the Cologne Köbes. At the end, you will receive the coveted Zappes diploma and be awarded the title of “certified Zappes.”

Minimum age for participation is 18 years
Duration of training approx. 2.5 to 3 hours
The course fee is €34.00 per person plus fees.
The event will take place in our draft beer cellar.
The course fees include: tasting from the show barrel, Cologne snacks, and a certificate.
The group size is limited to a maximum of 35 people.
