Our unique cathedral room
The “Gute Stube” with a view of Cologne Cathedral is located on the upper floor of our building. It is the quietest room in the Gaffel am Dom. With its small bar area in front of the Domstube, it provides the perfect setting for our events such as readings, comedy shows, or small concerts. Here, our guests can enjoy complete privacy. That’s why this beautiful and completely separate room is also very popular for weddings, birthdays, press conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
In addition to a wide range of technical requirements, we can also offer you flexible room design options. And, of course, in keeping with good brewery tradition, we take care of our guests’ physical well-being.

Celebrating in the beer cellar
Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of our draft beer cellar
In addition to our large brewery hall, we usually open our draft beer cellar for you on weekends, for watching soccer, during trade fairs, and for private parties. It is the ideal place for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere or are looking for a cozy space for their event. Up to 110 guests can be accommodated here and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Our draft beer cellar is also the ideal venue for our bartender training courses, small concerts, and other events. The separate kitchen rounds off the offer and allows you to experience our brewery in a completely different way.

A private spot in the middle of the brewery
Our ground floor gallery in the brewery hall offers 111% brewery atmosphere.
For a few days each year, our brewery hall offers the perfect setting for our Carnival and New Year’s Eve parties. The Mintsing concert with Björn Heuser also takes place on our ground floor. And when we broadcast the highlights of the soccer season on our big screen, the atmosphere in the hall reaches its peak.
